SERVICES & PRICING

Our plans are billed on a 4-week basis, which means each month is calculated as 4 weeks of sessions. Because most calendar months are slightly longer than 4 weeks, there may occasionally be extra sessions included in a month at no additional cost. These “bonus” sessions are our way of making sure you get the full benefit of your plan each month.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Brooke Strength & Fitness, I want the journey to be as smooth & stress free as possible so we can just focus on getting you results, therefore i'll never lock you in to lengthy pressure filled contracts, although I recommend at least 6 months for best results - i understand life isn't always smooth sailing. All i ask for is the following... 

 

Session Cancellation Policy (24 Hours)

 

Life happens — I get it! If you need to cancel or move a session, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance. That way I can offer the slot to someone else.

• If it’s within 24 hours, the session will unfortunately be counted as used.

• With more than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll simply reschedule your session — no problem.

Membership / Plan Cancellation Policy (30 Days)

 

If you ever need to completely stop your membership, all I ask is 30 days’ notice.

• Just drop me a quick message or email, and we’ll sort it out.

• You’ll still be able to use any sessions left during those 30 days.

• After the notice period, payments will stop and your membership will end.
